The Dyno Diesels CAT & DPF Delete Pipe for the 3.0L Duramax LM2 is engineered to replace the restrictive factory emissions exhaust sections with a high-flow, precision-fit pipe designed for off-road and competition applications.
By removing the catalytic converter and DPF sections, this system restores efficient exhaust flow, reduces backpressure, and helps lower exhaust gas temperatures—critical factors for tuned and performance-oriented LM2 builds.
Why Upgrade the Factory Exhaust?
The OEM LM2 exhaust system is heavily restricted by emissions components. Once those components are removed for off-road use, a properly designed replacement pipe is required to:
- Restore efficient exhaust flow
- Reduce turbo backpressure
- Lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs)
