The Dyno Diesels EGR Delete Kit for the 2004.5–2006 Duramax LLY is engineered to remove the factory Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, eliminating a major source of heat, restriction, and soot contamination in the intake tract.

On the LLY platform, the factory EGR system is well known for contributing to elevated intake temperatures, airflow restriction, and long-term reliability issues—especially under towing or high-load conditions. This kit removes those limitations for off-road and competition applications, allowing the engine to operate on cleaner, cooler air.

⚠️ Aftermarket tuning is required when deleting the EGR system.
