The Dyno Diesels Premium CNC EGR Delete Kit is designed to remove the factory EGR valve and EGR cooler function on 2011–2026 6.7L Powerstroke platforms, replacing it with precision CNC-machined components that provide a clean, durable seal and a more reliable flow path for off-road/competition builds.
Many 6.7L kits use a coolant pass-through (flow-through) plate concept to maintain coolant circulation while eliminating the EGR cooler’s restriction and failure point. This design helps retain proper coolant routing while removing the soot/heat-related EGR hardware from the system.
Why Delete the EGR on a 6.7L Powerstroke?
