The Dyno Diesels EGR Delete Kit for the 2018–2021 Ford 3.0L Powerstroke is engineered to eliminate the factory EGR valve and EGR cooler system, removing a major source of soot, heat, and airflow restriction from the intake path.
From the factory, the EGR system recirculates hot exhaust gases back into the engine. Over time, this introduces carbon buildup, increases thermal load, and can contribute to drivability and reliability concerns. This kit removes those limitations for off-road and competition applications, allowing the engine to operate on cleaner, cooler air.
⚠️ Aftermarket tuning is required any time the EGR system is removed.
