Product Description
Dyno Diesels Cab & Chassis DPF / SCR / DEF Delete Pipes
2013–2024 Ram Cummins 6.7L (3500 / 4500 / 5500 Cab & Chassis “Incomplete Vehicle”)
Purpose-built piping for cab & chassis exhaust routing—not pickup trucks.
Dyno Diesels cab & chassis delete pipes are engineered specifically for Ram 6.7L Cummins Cab & Chassis (“incomplete vehicle”) trucks, where the chassis, wheelbase, and exhaust routing differ from standard pickup models. These pipes replace the factory emissions exhaust sections to remove DPF / SCR (DEF) / catalyst components on supported off-road/competition builds, while keeping fitment and routing correct for cab & chassis frames.
What “Cab & Chassis / Incomplete Vehicle” Means
Ram cab & chassis trucks are sold for upfit (flatbed, service body, tow body, etc.) and are often documented as “incomplete vehicles” from the OEM perspective because the final stage manufacturer/upfitter completes the vehicle configuration.
That matters for exhaust systems—cab & chassis trucks commonly require different pipe geometry and mounting than pickup trucks.
Key Fitment Notes
- Fits: 2013–2022 Ram 6.7L Cummins Cab & Chassis (3500/4500/5500)
- Not for pickup models: Cab & chassis exhaust routing differs; pickup pipes typically will not fit correctly.
- Wheelbase / upfit variations: Some trucks may require minor adaptation depending on wheelbase and final body configuration.
What These Pipes Replace (Off-road / Competition Builds)
Designed to replace the factory emissions exhaust sections associated with:
- DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)
- SCR / DEF system components
- Catalyst sections (CAT/DOC, as equipped)
This is the correct piping solution when you need cab & chassis–specific routing rather than pickup-style “one size fits all” systems.
System Design and Expectations
Cab & chassis delete pipes are intended to:
- Reduce exhaust restriction for improved flow (with proper calibration)
- Provide correct cab & chassis hanger / routing alignment vs pickup fitment
- Serve as the exhaust “backbone” for off-road builds where emissions components have been removed
Important: Some cab & chassis configurations require more than one pipe section to fully replace all factory emissions components (varies by year range and OEM layout).
Installation Notes
- Installation difficulty is typically moderate. Many users perform the pipe portion in a driveway/garage with basic tools; time varies by rust level and upfit access.
- Cutting or minor fitment work may be required on certain wheelbase/body combinations (common on cab & chassis applications).
Compliance Notice
For closed-course competition/off-road use only, where permitted by law. Not for use on public roads in jurisdictions where emissions equipment removal/alteration is prohibited. Customer is responsible for verifying local regulations and intended use.
