2007.5-2024 Ram 6.7 Cummins Throttle Valve Delete Kit | Dyno Diesels
Increase airflow and performance by replacing the power robbing Throttle Valve with the Throttle Valve Delete. The factory throttle valve that's bolted to the bottom of your intake elbow has a butterfly valve designed to work with your EGR system. This valve is no longer used, and keeping it in place causes turbulence, blocks airflow, and in some instances, the valve can even stick.

- Real Time allows customer to program truck on the road to every stage he wants, with different adjustments in duration, timing, VGT and rail pressure to the level he wants. Simply by pressing the “Send” button, the adjustments are instantly available and programmed.
- Transmission tuning for stock transmissions. (Not for Aisin equipped trucks) Only for 2010-2018 PU models.
COMPLETE TRANNY TUNING INCLUDED
- Raised line pressure in all Fwd gears AND during the shifts.
- Increased shift firmness for less slip in the clutches.
- Changed shift points at WOT in all gears @ 3000 RPM.
- 6th gear unlock and downshift to avoid the massive torque and make the transmission last longer.
- Line pressure 225psi
- Line pressure rises faster now with altered throttle position value to get the higher pressure before the high torque is entering transmission.
Not for Aisin equipped trucks, Only for 2010-2018 PU models. TUNER WILL WORK GREAT WITH AISIN EQUIPTED TRUCKS, BUT WILL NOT TUNE THE TRANNY.
